There is an existing demo that is incomplete:
http://dwr.cvs.sourceforge.net/dwr/dwr-struts/

If you'd like I can sign you up as a developer on sourceforge and you can work on what is there.
The idea is to have a version of the Anti-Spam Mailto Generator from DWR.WAR implemented using struts, and with DWR+Struts side by side in the same webap, so people can compare.
