Currently this monitor has a defaulted connectedTime of 60 sec and then a client will immediately cycle and reconnect. It seems that the defaults work pretty good in my experience, but I haven't used DWR long enough to make a good judgment call on defaults for the default monitor. Thoughts?

Also, the small site monitor basically does the same thing but with a 30 min connected time. Maybe we should merge the two and simply document how to configure the load monitor to support different types of load conditions. Basically put together a performance tuning document.

To me merging/documenting sounds fine.

After having a long time to think about this one I think we should keep it for now. A lot of users don't want to spend time learning how to configure the system and would rather it work out of the box. I'm just drawing on my own initial experience with DWR, and the main benefit it had for me is very little startup time.
