Description:

There is a popup that shows up from the page. This is caused by an unfulfilled ajax request. This would olnly show up when the server was bounced and the page was still open in a browser

You have not even included enough information to have an acceptable post to the mailing list let alone a JIRA issue.

You need to follow those instructions BEFORE creating JIRA issues. This issue is being closed because you have not followed those instructions.
