Can't Build from dwr-src.jar

Details

  • Type: Bug Bug
  • Status: Closed Closed
  • Priority: Normal Normal
  • Resolution: Non-issue
  • Affects Version/s: 3.0.RC2
  • Fix Version/s: None
  • Component/s: Core
  • Documentation Required:
    No
  • Description:
    Hide
Seems like lots of code is missing from dwr-src.
For example under jsx3, dwr src is missing a lot of packages that are in dwr.jar (such jsx3.app, or jsx3.char)
I got lots of compile errors as a result when I tried to build dwr from source.

I need to build from source because there is not currently a 64-bit compiled jar available.
This causes differences in behavior when I run the 32bit version within a 64 bit compiled application.

We have very clear instructions for creating Jira issues on both the Jira login page and our support page - http://directwebremoting.org/dwr/support/index.html. Please read and follow the instructions in the future.

If you want to build from source please grab the RC2_FINAL tag from subversion and run the ant script.
